In 2012 ...

two guys took a weekend vacation. When they returned they discovered something that had been lost.

Men are survivalists by nature, but to thrive is a lost art. The two men reflected on who inspires them with a thriving spirit. Who are the heroes to look up to? Since most men want to leave their mark on this world, the two friends wondered:

What makes us a hero and who are the heroes to the heroes?

A year later Al Norby and Paul Spencer gave name to The Legacy Project with a vision to see men thrive as individuals and as husbands, fathers, friends and brothers. Inspired by their vacation to a little cabin in the woods, they dreamed about a place and experience exclusively for the mind and heart of men and the younger generations behind them. A place for men to to be men, first. To rest and reflect. A place to reset before returning to the unique demands of a man's life with new and reclaimed values to serve his family, his co-workers and his fellow man. The Legacy Project and Legacy Lodge is the result of that dream.

This isn't a program. This is a place. And the man is the project.
